Cancellation Policy
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment; if it’s within 24 hours, there is a cancellation fee of $70. Being that the time you booked has been set aside and dedicated to you, it is challenging to fill your time on short notice. If we are able to fill your appointment, the fee will be waived. We do send out appointment reminders as a courtesy to clients but ultimately it is up to you to remember your appointment. Enforcing our “no show policy” is our least favorite thing to do, but in fairness to our team, we have to do it. To avoid all of this, please do your best to prioritize your appointment and give us 24 hours notice if something urgent comes up.
