Happy Tails Spa’w is a dedicated teeth cleaning space, ideally situated in the heart of Victoria. Every detail has been carefully considered to create a calming, comfortable, and professional environment for both dogs and their owners. We provide personalized, one-on-one care for your dog—there are no other dogs or kenneling in the Spa’w, ensuring a tranquil and stress-free atmosphere.

While we care for your dog, owners can unwind in our cozy, well-appointed waiting area.

By appointment on Tuesday – Fridays, for doggies only.
Please keep in mind we book at least 2 months in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a $70 fee. Since the time you booked is reserved specifically for you, it can be difficult to fill that slot on short notice. If we manage to fill your appointment, the fee will be waived.

We send appointment reminders as a courtesy, but ultimately, it’s your responsibility to remember your scheduled time. Enforcing our policy is not something we enjoy, but we must do so to be fair to our team. To avoid any issues, please make every effort to prioritize your appointment and provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice if an urgent situation arises.
